Clean, comfortable, and convenient
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom had great amenities and after a lot of travel, I was able to feel very clean after the shower. The breakfast was exceptional - we had breakfast on the rooftop and the views were incredible. Staff were lovely and accommodating when we requested a late check out.
Given the location, right across the beach on a busy road, it was quite loud overnight.

Mamaka - doesn't disappoint again
The location is super convenient for us as it's just opposite Kuta Beach, just a short walk from Beachwalk Mall and with stunning sunset views from our room. This is our 2nd time staying at Mamaka and we enjoyed it just like the 1st time. The breakfast options at the Rooftop Bar are simply amazing. This time, they'd opened a spa, Kupu-Kupu Spa where the therapists who did foot reflexology and mani pedi, especially Ari was awesome! On the whole, the staff were friendly, responsive and helpful when it came to all our requests. Best part is there's complimentary washer dryers for use, which is great as we're a family of 5.
There was a blackout and leak in our room on our 2nd night there when it rained heavily. Upon request, they managed to move us to another suite (on another level) after a day.
